We also know that every client is different, so for every assignment we'll set a strategy together. We understand that you want your invoices to be paid, but also keep a good relationship with your client. Debt recovery is a lot more than just sending a few (threatening) letters to a debtor, debt recovery is a people's business.

Fair

Allthough fees of 15-20% are very common for debt recovery agencies, our fee is only 10%. Where possible these fees will be charged to the debtor.
